By submitting this application, you agree to pay a $10 annual membership fee.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES: One vote to cast at an annual meeting or duly called special meeting of the full membership for the following purposes:
- Election and removal of directors, and eligibility to serve as a director;
- Amendment of Articles and By-Laws;
- Establishment or changes in the amount of dues, once initially established;
- Election to dissolve or merge the Alliance; and
- Other purposes may be determined by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
