MEMBERSHIP


MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:   

  • Election and removal of directors, and eligibility to serve as a director;  
  • Breakfast at the Annual Membership Meeting held every year in February; 
  • One vote to cast at the annual meeting or duly called special meeting of the full membership for special purposes:
  • Eligibility to serve on a planning committee to help with downtown improvement; 
  • Other purposes that may be determined by a majority vote of the Board of Directors; 
  • Eligibility to present ideas and suggestions to the Board of Directors;
  • An invitation to Quarterly Alliance Meetings; and
  • Monthly Newsletter Updates.


Members are required to pay a $10 annual membership fee. This fee helps fund needs to adequately run membership meetings, including print costs, refreshments, awards, etc.   


2026 Quarterly Meeting Schedule: 

February 5th:  7:30am at Cora Veal Senior Center

May 7th:  9:00am at Donna's Cafe 

August 6th:  9:00am at Donna's Cafe

November 5th:  9:00am at Donna's Cafe 

DMA BOARD MEETINGS ARE HELD THE 2ND THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH.  If you would like to be considered to be placed on a board meeting agenda to speak before the board, please contact us at least one week prior to the meeting.
