Madisonville Trade Days

*10'x10' Tents & tables only. (tents are allowed but not required)
*I understand that the City of Madisonville, or any of it's affiliates will not be held liable for property damage, theft, or injuries.
*I understand this a family-oriented, drug-free event and illegal activity, fighting, gambling, abusive and/or hostile behavior will not be tolerated.
*No illegal sales of any kind.
*No selling of alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products.
*No selling of CBD or hemp products.
*No selling of firearms, weapons, or anything dangerous.
*No selling of food or drinks
*No selling of hazardous or flammable items (chemicals, fireworks, etc.).
*No selling of live animals or pets.
*No selling of obscene or vulgar items.
*No selling of offensive media (movies, music, or magazines).
*No trailers, vans, etc. You will have a 10'x10' space.
*Public restrooms will be available at Memorial Park.
*Setup time: 6:30-7:45am (event begins at 8am)
*Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, and chairs. Nothing will be provided.
*You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Madisonville, the Downtown Madisonville Alliance, event organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, or damages to persons or property that may occur during participation in Madisonville Trade Days. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, damage, accident, injury, inclement weather, or any unforeseen circumstances. Vendors are responsible for their own property, merchandise, and personal safety.
*You will be responsible for leaving your spot as you found it, clear of trash, etc.
