COMPETITION DETAILS

*Formal Wear - 30%

Formal Wear counts for 30% of the final pageant score! Each contestant will be individually introduced on stage. The contestant must wear formal dress or a Sunday dress. Keep in mind that the contestant will be judged on how she “wears” the dress, so confidence is critical. This will help the girls acquire the lifelong skills of walking and standing like a polished and confident young lady.

*Stage Presence - 30%

Stage Presence counts for 30% of the final score! A good stage presence pulls the audience in to the contestant’s experience. Having a good stage presence means that the contestant has the ability to connect with the audience.

*Beauty - 30%

Overall beauty counts for 30% of the final score! This aspect of your score will occur simultaneously during the competition. It is important to make sure your hair and make-up are precisely the way you want them to be throughout the entire pageant.

*Community Service - 10%

The Pageant Community Service Project is fun, easy, and rewarding. A full 10% of your pageant score will be given to you when you donate at least one non-perishable canned food item. The contestant that donates the most canned foods will receive the Miss Community Service award on stage during the pageant!
