East Tennessee Arts Center, Inc.

The East Tennessee Arts Center (ETAC) provided Pop-Up Art Camps in Monroe County and in many East Tennessee counties. We support the visual arts of all ages, from children to seniors. We organize juried art shows for school children and adult artists of all skill levels.
