The Downtown Madisonville Alliance (DMA) complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No person shall, on the basis of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any DMA program, service, activity, event, or opportunity. DMA also complies with all other applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws.
Any person who believes they have experienced discrimination may file a written complaint within 180 calendar days of the alleged incident. Complaints should include the person’s name and contact information, the date and description of the alleged discrimination, and any supporting information.

If a complaint involves the Title VI Coordinator, it may be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the DMA Board President and mailed to
PO Box 832, Madisonville, TN 37354.
DMA prohibits retaliation against anyone who files a discrimination complaint or participates in a complaint investigation. Language assistance or other assistance needed to file a complaint will be provided at no cost upon request.
