    The East Tennessee Arts Center (ETAC) provides Pop-Up Art Camps in Monroe County and in many East Tennessee counties. We support the visual arts for all ages, from children to seniors. We organize juried art shows for school children and adult artists of all skill levels. We donated Creative Art Kits to foster organizations throughout East tennessee free of charge.

    Our Mission Statement: The East Tennessee Arts Center, Inc (ETAC) provides an avenue for the engagement of the visual fine arts and fine crafts to all residents of East Tennessee, by providing hands-on creativity for the benefit of all, engaging, educating, and fostering experiences with arts and crafts programs, and cultivating a vibrant creative environment for everyone to enjoy.
