Church Community at former Hiwassee College campus
Residential church community where members collectively pool their economic and life skills' resources to effectively put into practice the golden rule: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself"
Founded in 2020Bruderhof Communities purchased the former Hiwassee College campus in 2020 and since then have been working to renovate/ restore and repurpose the campus into a residential campus for church members' families and individuals. We also have our own private daycare and elementary school on site. Residents as of mid 2024 number just over 100.
