I was at MooFest and saw a long line. I was hesitant but the food truck looked welcoming and their presentation was top notch. They helped me decide between the Totchos and the Smash burger, like it would've made a difference. I settled on the Smash burger and man was it spot on. It was the best smash burger I've had since eating at the SmashBurger restaurant. It came with a side of tots, which I had loaded up with cheese and bacon. I also got the brussels. The tots were tender and fresh, not dry and crusty. This place is worth the price because the quality is out of control good! I couldn't get over the quality of everything and in a food truck! I can't wait for the next time they are in my area. I'd say this place is on par with, or better than most, if not, all of the BBQ places around this area, and I'm from TX and I know BBQ, and I smoke BBQ. You WILL NOT be disappointed is what I'm trying to say. DO IT!!!
