As a lifelong resident of Monroe County, this community has always been home. After spending nearly 20 years in industrial management, I felt called to pursue a career where I could work directly with people and help them through some of life's most important decisions. That calling led me to attend Nashville Auction School and begin a career in the auction and real estate industry.
Since then, I've had the privilege of working with families, investors, and landowners across East Tennessee and North Georgia, helping them successfully buy and sell real estate and personal property through both the auction method and traditional real estate services. Along the way, I've remained committed to professional growth by earning the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation, serving on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Auctioneers Association, and earning both my Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation and Tennessee Real Estate Broker's License.
Opening our Madisonville office is a natural next step in that journey. As Southern Manager for JD's Realty & Auction, I wanted to establish a permanent presence in my hometown and provide local clients with convenient access to professional auction and real estate services. Our mission is to combine hometown values with innovative marketing, industry expertise, and personalized service to help every client achieve the best possible outcome.
For me, this business has never been just about selling property—it's about building lasting relationships, earning trust, and serving the people and communities that have supported me throughout my life. Opening this office is more than a business milestone; it's an opportunity to give back to the community I'm proud to call home.
